Meet the Maker
Hi, I'm Rachel, founder and maker behind Luna + Rae Candle Co. I'm a wife, homeschool mom, interior designer, lifelong homebody and nature lover. My family and I live tucked away on a quiet mountain in North Georgia, where the misty mornings, forest trails, and star filled skies are part of everyday life. It’s in these peaceful moments that I find my deepest inspiration.
My journey into candle making began in 2014 sparked by a love of scent and a desire for products that felt better for my home and family. What started with soap and wax melts naturally led me to candle making, an art form I fell completely in love with.
When I'm not pouring candles, you'll usually find me designing cozy spaces, enjoying slow mornings with my family or caught up in a good book. Luna + Rae has become the place where all of those pieces of me come together, and I'm so grateful you're here to be part of it.
